Charlie Johnson, M.Ed.
Principal

Charlie founded META in 1998, after a very successful career with U.S. Surgical as the Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Education. A senior sales executive with an outstanding career track record in mining and developing the talents of a sales organization, Charlie has helped clients recognize the importance of effective sales training and its impact on successful customer engagement. He is skilled in leading training programs for sales professionals and sales managers, as well as working with client companies to identify strategic sales plans for their sales organization. Charlie received a Bachelors in Education from Rider University and a Masters in Education from the College of New Jersey.


Kathryn Barry, MPH, MSN, RN
Principal

Kathryn is a healthcare marketing executive with a unique background in hospital administration, nursing, education and medical devices. A former Vice President of Strategic Marketing at U.S. Surgical and Vice President of Marketing Communications at Tyco International, Kathryn possess expertise in medical writing, strategic planning, new device reimbursement planning, competitive intelligence, and corporate communications.

She is skilled in communicating the business advantages of new technology to cost-conscious providers and payers. Kathryn earned a Bachelors in Science from the University of Pennsylvania, Masters in Science from Yale University and Masters in Public Health from the Yale University School of Medicine.



Brooke Adams
Account Executive

Brooke brings a unique science and sales background to META from the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. She has worked in chemistry and regulatory for leading companies, such as Merck & Co., Inc. and Wyeth Biopharma. Most recently she worked for Bristol Myers Squibb as a Cardiovascular Risk Specialist. Brooke possesses an intricate understanding of bench-science behind product development as well as real world sales experience with successful product launches. Brooke earned her Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry and Biology from Eastern Mennonite University in Harrisonburg, VA.
