Charlie Johnson founded META in 1998 after a successful career with U.S. Surgical as Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Education. As a senior sales executive with a proven track record of mining and developing talent in sales organizations, Johnson specializes in helping clients recognize the importance of effective sales training and its impact on improving customer engagement. He is skilled in leading training programs for sales professionals and managers, as well as working with clients to identify strategic goals for their sales organizations. He received a Bachelors in Education from Rider University in 1970 and a Masters in Education from the College of New Jersey in 1976.
